Day 6 ...Attack Phase (PP)



Morning Weigh-in
 : 95kg/209lbs
  • Daily loss: 1kg/2.2lbs
  • Total Loss: 3kg/6.6lbs


Breakfast
  • Scrambled eggs (1 full egg, 2 egg whites) with smoked chicken
  • 2 cups of soya milk
  • 1 cup of green tea


Lunch
  • Smoked Frankfurters (smoked sausages)
  • 1 cup of green tea

Dinner
  • 1 smoked chicken thigh
  • 1 cup of chamomile tea

Exercise


None!  Unless you include squeezing some heavy duvets while doing laundry and another evening spent at the mall.
