- Smoked Chicken (from Munchies)

Dinner
- Scrambled eggs with shrimps
- 1 cup of green tea
Exercise
None. A bit of moving stuff around but nothing really hectic I need to hit the gym tomorrow and do some serious stuff.
Am excited at the rate at which am losing weight
