Day 4 ... Cruise Phase (PV)


Morning Weigh-in : 92.7kg/203.94lbs
  • Daily loss: 0.8kg/2.2lbs
  • Total Loss: 5.3kg/11.66lbs


Breakfast
  • 3 boiled eggs (1 full, 2 egg whites)
  • 2 spoons of oat bran boiled in skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of green tea


Lunch
  • Smoked Chicken (from Munchies)
  • Home-made veggie salad
  • 1 ltr soy milk

Dinner
  • Scrambled eggs with shrimps
  • 1 cup of green tea

Exercise
None. A bit of moving stuff around but nothing really hectic I need to hit the gym tomorrow and do some serious stuff. 

Am excited at the rate at which am losing weight
