Day 22 ....Cruise Phase (PP)


Morning Weigh-in : 92.3 kg

Breakfast 

  • 2 poached eggs
  • 2 spoons of Oats porridge prepared with semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of green tea



Lunch

  • Moi-Moi and Grilled Chicken
  • 1ltr Soy milk
  • 1 coca-cola light



Dinner 

  • spoons of Oats porridge prepared with semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of chamomie tea
