Day 20 ....Cruise Phase (PV)


Morning Weigh-in : 92.6kg
  • Daily Gain: 0.7kg
  • Total Loss so far: 5.4kg

Breakfast
  • 2 spoons of Oats porridge prepared in skimmed milk
  • 2 grilled sausages
  • 1 cup of green tea

Lunch (KFC)
  • 1 chicken burger + 1 mini fries + 1 spicy chicken
  • 1 pepsi light
  • Ice cream!!!

Dinner
  • 3 pieces of grilled chicken thighs
  • Vegetable salad with (flat bread- dont know what to call it)?
  • 2 glass of coca-cola light with with a bit of Johnny 
  • 2 apples
