Day 7 ...Cruise Phase (PP)


Morning Weigh-in : 93.7kg/206.14lbs
  • Daily gain: 1kg/2.2lbs
  • Total Loss: 4.3kg/9.46lbs


Breakfast
  • 2 poached eggs
  • Weet-bix with skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of green tea

Lunch
  • Peppered Chicken from Munchies
  • 1 chicken topper salad from TFC


Dinner (at the Cinema)
  • 1 Beef Sharwama
  • 1 medium pack popcorns
  • 1 bottle of coke  

Exercise

50 sit-ups in the morning before shower and 20 minutes walk home from the office.
