Day 5 ....Cruise Phase (PP)



Breakfast
  • 2 poached eggs
  • 2 spoons of oat bran boiled in skimmed milk

Mid-day Snack
  • 1 zinger burger from KFC

Lunch (KFC)
  • 2 piece chicken 
  • 1 mini fries
  • 1 mini bowl of fried rice

Dinner
  • Beef Sharwamma
  • 1 bottle of amstel malta

Exercise
None.
