Day 8 ... Cruise Phase (PV)


Morning Weigh-in : 94.6kg/206.14lbs
  • Daily gain: 0.9kg/1.98lbs
  • Total Loss: 3.4kg/7.48lbs


Breakfast
  • 2 poached eggs
  • 2 spoons of Oats porridge prepared with semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of green tea

Lunch
  • 2 boiled chicken thighs
  • 2 cups of green tea


Dinner
  • home grilled chicken and sausages
  • Vegetable salad
  • 1 cup of green tea and chamomile tea  

Exercise

60 sit-ups in the morning before shower (getting good at this!). 18 minutes walk home from the office in the evening(shaved 2 mins off my time from yesterday)
