- 2 spoons of Oats porridge prepared with semi-skimmed milk
- 1 cup of green tea
- 2 boiled chicken thighs

Dinner
- home grilled chicken and sausages
- Vegetable salad
- 1 cup of green tea and chamomile tea
Exercise
60 sit-ups in the morning before shower (getting good at this!). 18 minutes walk home from the office in the evening(shaved 2 mins off my time from yesterday)
