Day 10 ....Cruise Phase (PV)



Morning Weigh-in : 93.8kg
  • Daily loss: 0.3kg
  • Total Loss: 4.2kg

Breakfast
  • 3 poached eggs (1 full, 2 egg whites) with sausages
  • 2 spoons of Oats porridge prepared with semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of green tea

Lunch
  • 2 grilled chicken thighs
  • Home-made Vegetable salad

Dinner
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 apple

Exercise

16 minutes walk home from the office!
