Day 11 ....Cruise Phase (PP)


Morning Weigh-in : 92.9kg
  • Daily loss: 0.9kg
  • Total Loss: 5.1kg

Breakfast
  • 2 poached eggs with 1 grilled chicken drumstick
  • 2 spoons of Oats porridge prepared with semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of green tea

Lunch
  • 3 grilled chicken thighs
  • 1 cup of green tea
  • 1 cup of coffee



Dinner
  • 2 grilled sausages
  • 1 cup of green tea

Exercise

70 sit-ups, 20 push-up, 20 tricep curls in the morning and a 15 minute walk (yay!) back home in the evening.
