Day 7 ....Attack Phase (Last day of attack)


Morning Weigh-in : 95kg/209lbs
  • Daily loss: 0.0kg/0.0lbs
  • Total Loss: 3kg/6.6lbs


Breakfast
  • 2 spoons of Oats
  • 2 pieces of boiled turkey and some fish
  • 1 cup of green tea

Mid-day snack
  • 1 ltr of soy milk


Lunch
  • 2 pieces of grilled chicken
  • 1 cup of soy milk

Dinner
  • N1000 worth of Asun (goat meat chopped into bits and stewed with red hot pepper)
  • 1 ltr soy milk



Exercise
a 20 minute walk to the mechanic to pick up my car then running up and down 3 flights of stairs during the evening

Today was a breeze. Looking forward to my first PV day tomorrow
