- N1000 worth of Asun (goat meat chopped into bits and stewed with red hot pepper)
- 1 ltr soy milk
Exercise
a 20 minute walk to the mechanic to pick up my car then running up and down 3 flights of stairs during the evening
Today was a breeze. Looking forward to my first PV day tomorrow
